Insomnia = Cake Baking

I got an old childhood recipe for mock cream from my mother via email....so I've been meaning to make a tiered cake with cream in the middle.

Since I'm wide awake at 11pm and feeling a bit peckish for something naughty I'm going to make a cake, slice it through the middle and put cream in it...and then ice it.

I may post pictures of the result, assuming I don't fuck it up lulz

    Well I discovered it really isn't possible to make mock cream without an electric beater. So now I have two halves of a cake with nothing to stick in them ._.
    Guess I'll have to get the hubby to get some Cool Whip or some shit tomorrow and use that and refrigerate the cake....so sad.
